Kincora is a 6.7 million-square-foot mixed-use development near where Routes 7 and 28 meet in Loudoun County, Virginia. The developer, NA Dulles Real Estate Investor, had a goal for us to create the community’s brand identity, strategic creative and positioning as well as integrated marketing using our creative expertise and deep local market knowledge.

I was part of Kincora’s brand workshop, where I was teamed up with my colleagues to create materials we thought would best represent the brand. I later designed a variety of online and print marketing materials for Kincora (website, online banner ads, e-flyers, social media, print ads and infographics), once the community’s brand standards had been implemented. This project has been particularly interesting to work on because I have been involved since the branding’s planning stages.
