The Locks is a new luxury townhome community in the outskirts of Philadelphia. It provides exceptional water views and it is located within walking distance of Main Street’s shops, restaurants and nightlife as well as the Venice Island Performing Arts Center.

The developer client asked for naming, creative and brand positioning as well as an integrated marketing campaign. I collaborated with several members of the creative team, and, after pooling our market knowledge and expertise, I've designed a website that follows the agreed-upon creative direction and branding.
