Park Crest is a pedestrian-focused condominium community in the ever-evolving Tysons Corner, featuring luxury high-rise and loft homes, tree-filled green spaces, resort-style recreational amenities, and shopping. The Penrose Group asked for strategic creative, brand positioning, and integrated marketing, using our creative expertise and deep local market knowledge.

My responsibilities on this project were to collaborate with the creative and marketing teams and design a variety of marketing materials: print ads, direct mail, CD-ROM interface, and packaging as well as a touch-screen presentation for The Lofts at Park Crest sales center. I remember particularly enjoying working on the three-panel direct mail piece. Every marketing piece we produced was effective as well; all of the loft units sold quickly.
