DESIGN – 2015

Agency: Ecendant Interactive
Client: The Bush Companies (B2C)
Projects:
• Touch-Screen Kiosk
• E-flyers
• Online Banner Ads

Over the past 60 years, The Bush Companies built more than 25,000 urban condominium, apartment, time-share, and townhome residences along the eastern seaboard. This client asked for a comprehensive marketing package for their new DC community in NoMa, The Lexicon Condominium.

My role was to create The Lexicon’s interactive sales presentation in collaboration with the internal marketing team and the external programming team. I designed the sales office’s touch-screen to display on a large, wall-mounted screen as well as on an iPad. I remember this project well because I thought the floor plan section turned out really nicely; it highlights the floor plates, features, unit details, and remaining inventory. I also designed promotional online ads and e-flyers for this community.
