Client: Henley(B2C)
Project: Website Design

Henley is a leading UK private equity real estate investor focusing on development, investment and asset management in the commercial, residential, healthcare debt and alternative real estate market. The developer client asked for creative and brand positioning and internet presence for Hayes Court, a newly acquired apartment building in New York City. My role was to design a fresh, easy-to-navigate, responsive website that would present the newly remodeled apartment building in a new light. With this new marketing tool, the client was able to increase foot traffic to the property and eliminate vacancies.
