Paradigm Management Company needed an identity and marketing package for their newest apartment community, Half Moon Harbour. With an unbeatable New Jersey riverfront location and spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, this premier apartment address has plenty to offer.

Having recently remodeled this apartment building, the client wanted a new brand to complement its upgrades. My role was to design the Half Moon Harbour brochure cover and floor plan inserts with a focus on attracting a young demographic.
