Real estate development company Renaissance Centro focuses on quality urban, walkable, transit-oriented projects. Monarch, a 20-story condominium building in the heart of the new Tysons, is one of their latest projects and will be a new landmark in Tysons Corner. This developer client requested a marketing campaign fitting of the luxury market to which Monarch will appeal.

My responsibilities were to collaborate with the marketing, technical and creative teams, then design the landing page, website, online banner ads, and interactive kiosk. I also tested and provide quality control before the website launch.
